Transys have provided a free Oyster Travel Card wallet and transport maps and Transport for London has provided the equivalent of £30 of free travel. This leading smart card can be used on the Tube, the bus network, Docklands Light Railway - DLR and trams. Access to these services could not be easier, simply place your card on the reader at the beginning and the end of your journey. There is plenty of credit on your card and it should last you for the time you are at the World Congress; however if you are very adventurous and run out of credit you can easily top it up with your own money. You will receive your free Oyster Travel Card in your delegate bag when you arrive on site at the ITS World Congress. Back to top BY UNDERGROUND / DOCKLANDS LIGHT RAILWAY (DLR): Known as DLR, the light railway services the Docklands area. The DLR can be reached on the Jubilee Line from Canning Town, the Central line from Bank or on the Circle Line & District Line from Tower Hill.

A new road network links ExCeL London directly to the North Circular (A406), The M11 and the M25. From Junction 27 the journey time is approximately 25 minutes. The Limehouse Link dual carriageway provides a through route to Docklands from the Embankment, Victoria and the West End. The east park is a large, open air car park, including accessible parking spaces, and is just a few minutes walk to ExCeL London's east entrance. The multi-storey car park is situated at ExCeL London west, and is also just a few minutes walk to the venue's west entrance.
